Acres Engineering is once again sponsoring the National Trophy CX event in Derby! Happening on Saturday 28th October.
The National Trophy CX is Britain’s premier Cyclo-Cross series, which runs from October to January. It consists of six rounds of racing at venues throughout Britain.
The event in Derby will be taking place at Moorways Stadium on the 28th and 29th of October. For more information, you can find the timetable at the official Cyclo-Cross website.
On Monday 23rd October, John Holmes (Event Organiser) will be visiting Acres Engineering in support of our latest campaign for Remembrance, to collect a large amount of poppies. The poppies will be available to purchase on the day but can also be purchased from our online shop here: https://shop.acres.engineering/collections/poppy
The event is promoted by the Empella/cyclo-cross.com with support from Derby Mercury RC, South Pennine RC, Ilkeston CC, Belper BC and Heanor Clarion CC. As a group, the event organisation is called Derby Cyclocross. The event is sanctioned by cycling’s worldwide governing body, Union Cyclist International (UCI), the the national governing body, British Cycling and the regional governing body, East Midlands Cyclo-cross Association (EMCCA).
