04-05 Module Kitting Transport Wardrobe – REF 2017-07-13836

The 04-05 Module Kitting Transport Wardrobe has been designed and manufactured for a local Aerospace OEM for transporting aerospace components to the build line. This kitting solution transports components in a non-metal to metal environment keeping them secure during transportation. The layout of the trolley allows flexible kitting across a number of product groups.

The frame work is manufactured from a thin walled box section to provide an optimum strength vs weight solution. The doors are hinged so they can folder all the way back to reduce the footprint of the trolley when being used. The doors feature polycarbonate panels to improve visibility and are fixed in place using a bezel system for higher rigidity. These panels have been covered in the pictures shown to protect them from any possible damage during transportation. The design features 23 off fully welded high-density polyethylene drawers. These plastic drawers are finished in self colour black.

The trolley is assembled with 4 off 200mm castors with blue elastic tyres and black plastic centres, 2 off swivel with brakes and 2 off fixed. These are the same as other units in the area to maintain design standardisation. It also features fork lift truck pockets for lifting and a drop down handle.

The trolley has been powder coated in Blue BS 4800 20 D 45 to provide a hard wearing, long lasting finish.

Approximate overall size – 1650mm (H) x 880mm (D) x 1920mm (W).

Quantity: 3 off
