Bread Tray Trolley
This design solution has been created for a large international client in the aerospace sector and combines a stillage with a dolly.
Scope of work:
Manufacture Bread Tray Trolley to drawing number: 2012-02-9043.
The trolley frame is manufactured from a mixture of 3mm thick 25mm box section, angle and flat. The unit is assembled with 4 x 125mm blue rubber castors, two off fixed and two off swivel with brakes.
The trolley has space to store 4 off bread style trays which are fabricated from 6mm smooth polypropylene. Each tray has 8 off cut out hand holds, 2 on each side.
