Scope of work:
Produce CAD drawing and manufacture Conveyor Roller Bed Extension for grinding machine to drawing number: 2012-04-9150.
The Conveyor Roller Bed Extension is fabricated from 50mm x 50mm box section and 6mm mild steel laser cut plate. It features 25mm diameter x 190mm wide spring loaded rollers for the top conveyor section. One end of the bed is bolted into place to the existing roller bed. The other end has a support leg fitted with 2off adjustable feet for accurate height setting which bolts to the floor.
Approximate overall size 900 mm (L) x 900mm (H) x 210mm (W).
