Visit site to evaluate customer requirements, produce CAD drawings and manufacture Robot Polish Platform to drawing number: 2012-09-9579.
The Platforms will be manufactured from 40mm x 40mm box section for the base frame and handrail with 25mm x 25mm angle to support the fibre glass anti-slip grating. The handrails will be to the sides and front of the platform with a safety chain to the rear. To maneuverer the unit it will feature 4 off castors which are fitted with 100mm diameter elastic tyred wheels 2 off fixed and 2 off swivel with foot brakes.
Approximate overall size – 1250mm (L) x 750mm (W) x 1950mm (H) to the top of the hand rail, platform working height will be 1000mm.
The platforms will be opposite hands to each other to suit the left and right hand sides of the Robot Polish area.
