The brief was to design and manufacture jig I.D. plates to enable easy identification of Jigs within the storage area. The solution was manufactured from 1.6mm mild steel, CNC folded to size featuring 3 digits per plate.
Approximate size: Leg 1: 85mm OD Leg 2: 55mm OD Width: 100mm OD Depth: 32 mm ID
Fitted with a Springloaded Index bolt which will protrude to the rear of the ID plate and lock the plate in position.
