The main frame of the rack will be manufactured from 25mm x 25mm mild steel box section which will be fitted with 25mm x 25mm angle tray guides to support the trays. The guides will have stops on the back to prevent the trays from being pushed to far through. The top will have a 2mm thick plate fitted to allow for storage of any other parts.
The rack will be in three sections for manoeuvring into position (2 off sections 4 trays wide and 1off section 3 trays wide) this will allow storage of up to 110 trays.
Approximate overall size 1650mm (H) x 620mm (D) x 4970mm (W).
