Large Chiller baffle Storage Cabinet design.
The cabinet will store the checking plates used on the baffle check jig. It will be manufactured from 40mm x 40mm box section in filled with 1.5mm thick CNC formed panels for the outer frame, the baffles will sit inside this on a 60mm x 40mm base frame and have 600mm high dividers from 12mm bar separating them. The cabinet will have adjustable feet for levelling on uneven floors and an A4 ring binder holder.
Approximate overall size – 2000mm (L) x 1000mm (D) x 1080mm (H).
