The station will be fabricated with a 25mm x 25mm box section outer frame which will house a storage cupboard in the lower section, above this will be a shelf for the PC and a shelf for blade storage.
The top of the unit will carry the pc monitor and any other equipment, under this will be a small pull-out keyboard drawer. Both the blade storage shelf and the top of the station will be faced with plastic to reduce the risk of metal to metal contact. To manoeuvre the unit it will be fitted with 80mm swivel and braked castors.
Approximate overall size 1260mm (H) x 750mm (W) x 500mm (D).
