The trolleys will be designed to carry the Blade Wash Baskets, the baskets will be lowered on the trolley via a gantry crane, a 110volt 600mm diameter fan will then pivot into position over the basket allowing cold air to be blown downwards through the blades.
The trolleys will be manufactured from 30mm box section and in fitted with weldmesh panel to allow air to pass through freely.
Fitted with 4 off 125mm diameter castors, 2 off swivel with foot brakes and 2 off fixed.
Approximate overall size – 700mm (W) x 700mm (D) x 1300mm (H).
