W.I.P and Queue Trolley Design.
The W.I.P and queue trolley has been designed to hold trays which contain fan blades and allow them to be manoeuvred / stored around the cell one process line.
Each trolley can carry 4 off plastic trays. The trays are 400mm O/A (L) x 300mm O/A (W) x 190mm O/A (H). The top and bottom of the tray have a 20mm x 20mm recess.
The work in progress (W.I.P) tray sits on the top of the trolley to allow easy access to the blades. The remaining three trays, the ‘queue’ trays, sit on angle runners inside the trolley. The trolley also features an A4 document pocket to allow route cards / job information to be transported with the components. For ergonomic benefits the trolley is manufactured with a 25mm diameter formed handle.
The trolley is assembled with 4 off 100mm diameter castors, 2 off swivel with brakes and 2 off fixed, these all have non marking blue elastic tyred black plastic centred wheels.
The trolley has been finished in BS 4800 20 D 45 Blue.
The approximate overall size of the trolley will be: 850mm (H) x 360mm (W) x 410mm (D).
