The AME Red Trolleys have been designed and manufactured for a leading west midlands based automotive client. This trolley has been designed and manufactured to assist in the storage and transport of automotive components to and from the build line.
Each AME Red Trolley is able to accommodate 6 off complex pressings stacked in a flat horizontal position. These have been nested as close as possible to minimise the overall height of the unit. These parts will be moved in and out by hand so it was important to ensure max lift in and out height remains below shoulder height. The parts weight approximately 25KG parts so will require a two man lift.
The AME Red Trolleys have been manufactured from 50mm x 50mm x 3mm mild steel box section to form the framework and 2 x 125mm fixed castors, 2 x 125mm swivel with brake castors.
The trolleys have then been powder coated in Red RAL 3002 to provide a hard wearing durable finish.
