The Arbor Storage Rack has been designed for a major midlands based aerospace OEM to carry and store grinding arbors.
The main frame of the rack has been fabricated from 40mm x 40mm box section. In order to reduce foreign object contamination the 6 off locating sections that hold the arbors are made from hard wearing 20mm thick PE300 plastic with 65mm diameter holes. The base features a drip tray to prevent any oil contacting the floor.
The arbor storage rack is assembled with 4 off swivel and braked 125mm diameter castors which are fitted with blue elastic tyred non marking wheels. The rack has been powder coat finished in BS 4800 20 D 45 blue to give a durable and long-lasting finish.
