Our customer asked us to build a set of 12 custom designed assembly cell workstations.
Scope
We designed and built a set of 12 assembly workstations to our customer’s exact needs, featuring:
– RCD Protected power rail with 5x twin sockets and USB power outputs for tools and charging needs.
– Sturdy twin-drawer storage.
– Retractable air line.
– LED full width strip lighting.
– Integrated bench vice.
– Laptop/Tablet stand.
– Document holder.
– Magnetic Back-board integrating matrix of holes for hanging items.
The main framework is manufactured from 50mm box section steel wall which will provide an optimum strength vs weight solution, the Drawers are built from laser cut steel on ball-bearing sliders. Powder coated in RAL 3001 semi-gloss red at the customer’s request.
