Baffle Storage Units – REF 2016-08-12841
The Baffle Storage Units have been designed and manufactured for a local Aerospace OEM to store baffles within the ABCF department. The units have been designed due to an existing toast rack damaging the baffles. This kitting solution is a variant of our suspension kit however this solution does not feature castors.
The main framework has been constructed from 30 x 30 box section with a thin wall to provide an optimum strength vs weight solution. The unit also features 2mm sheet steel outer panels with the drawers also being made from 2mm sheet steel.
The unit consists of 6 off 90% extension drawers. Each drawer will be approximately 200mm deep providing ample room to store multiple baffles. All of the drawers are linked so that only one drawer can be opened at any one time and also feature a safety catch that has to be pressed to release the drawer.
The unit has been powder coat finished in RAL 9001 Cream to give a hard wearing durable finish.
