Bonnet Stillage
The Bonnet Stillage has been designed and manufactured for a Midlands based construction equipment company. The bonnet stillage will be used to store bonnet components safely and securely reducing the risk of damage.
The stillage has been manufactured from 40mm x 40mm box section with formed angle runners to hold the parts in place. The box section has a thin wall to provide an optimum strength vs weight solution.
The unit features 2 fork lift pockets so the unit is easily accessible to the operator. The unit also features pallet feet so that the units can be stacked easily.
It has a front locking mechanism which will hold the bonnets in place whilst they are in transport. This features two locking arms with fasteners to lock them in.
The trolley has been powder coated in White RAL 9010 to provide a hard wearing, long lasting finish.
