The new trolley designed has achieved all aspects of its new specification. This trolley will aid and assist in the standardisation and flow of mouldings through the flow systems.
The development of the trolley allows for more capacity and durability, to carry works that are in progress while storing and transporting 48 moulds, which can be sat on a 3mm thick rubber insert in the base of the draws.
The trolley features include a Perspex safety screen – fitted at both handles ends of the trolley whole fitted with elastic rubber castors, with a spring system; two off swivel with a brake at the handle end of the trolley allowing for easy accessibility.
In addition to its many features, the trolley holds a unique reference number allowing for customers to request for additional or replacement trolleys.
