Display Podium for Build Line – Job: 7588
The build line display podium has been designed and developed for the build area within the overhaul services of a major international aerospace OEM. The podium has been designed to store and display information relevant to the engine service area build line such as job details and health & safety information.
The build line display podium has been manufactured from 25mm x 25mm x 2mm square box section chosen for its ideal strength to weight properties. The sides of the unit are clad with mild steel laser cuts.
The unit features a lower shelf made from mild steel which supports a plastic fabricated tray unit made from machined PE300 sheet. This has been included to store specific engine components. A second shelf with four dividers houses various items used on the boards such as A4 folders and engine documentation. The upright section of the stand measuring approx. 1440 x 750 supports a white board displaying engine various engine details.
The stand is mounted on 4 off 100mm fixed castors for manoeuvrability.
The unit has been powder coated in RAL 7035 Light Grey to provide a high quality, durable finish that will ensure product longevity.
