The Circular Support Discs have been designed for a large midlands based aerospace OEM to sit on top of a raise and lower table and support engine parts.
The circular support discs have been manufactured from 25mm thick Perspex with a 3mm rubber top and guides on the underside to locate them onto the table.
To lock them into position each of the discs have 4 off toggle clamps on the underside which fix to the hydraulic trolley below.
Approximate overall size disc 1 – 1820mm (OD) x 28mm (Thick)
Approximate overall size disc 2 – 1350mm (OD) x 28mm (Thick)
The customer has requested the units not be coloured or coated but we are happy to add this to future designs.
