The Clock Face Dial was created for a manufacturer of high quality bespoke clocks based in Derby.
Scope of work:
Prepare a series of laser cuts with studs, weld and mask ready for painting.
Acres prepared the aluminium laser cut components and secured each in place using M5 studs. Each stud was then stud welded to aluminium grade 5251 providing a secure but aesthetically pleasing solution. The studs were thread masked to prepare the assembly for painting.
