Cooling Rig Fan Trolley

Manufacture and supply of the Cooling Rig Fan Trolley.

In order to assist with the cooling down of components for our client in the Aerospace industry, this trolley has been designed and manufactured by Acres.

The trolley allows for components to be cooled in a designated space. The components are stored in a box and pushed underneath the unit. This fan trolley is being used to cool down blisks.

Product Description

• The trolley is manufactured from 50mm box section with a thin wall to provide an optimum strength vs weight solution.
• Mounted to the box section, there are 4 fans which perform the cooling process. The fans are 20 inches and have a 3 speed control. These are PAT tested.
• The trolley features an area for the component box lid to be stored whilst the cooling process is in progress. This is a shelf made from mild steel box section and plate.
• A timer is attached to the frame with a visible countdown screen on it.
• To allow the trolley to be moved, it features 4 swivel with brake wheels on it. These have a elastic rubber tyre on a black nylon centred wheel with roller bearings and total lock brake.
