C&P Inspection Trolley – REF 2016-07-12819
The C&P Inspection Trolley has been designed and manufactured for a local Aerospace OEM for storing and transporting fan blades for inspection.
The trolley has been designed to be capable of storing 2 off 600mm x 400mm x 300mm Euroboxes on the upper layer as well as 1 off 600mm x 400mm x 300mm Eurobox on the lower layer.
The trolley’s frame work has been manufactured from 40mm x 40mm angle. The uprights have been manufactured from a thin walled box section to provide an optimum strength vs weight solution. A formed 25mm circular hollow section handle has been included at one end.
The trolley also features 4 off 100mm dia castors for manoeuvrability.
The trolley has been powder coated in R-R Blue BS 20 D 45 to give a hard wearing durable finish.
