The Desiccant Storage Trolley is an updated version of our original Desiccant Storage Station. The desiccant storage trolley has been designed and manufactured for a local Midlands based Aerospace OEM to store boxes of oil spill material.
The boxes stand on gravity rollers in 4 columns wide and 3 rows deep, with additional space on the roof to hold 10 spare boxes. This solution features 3 off shelves constructed from 25mm diameter polyethylene gravity rollers and is capable of storing up to 36 boxes.
The main frame has been constructed from 30 x 30mm square box section and laser cut sheet steel. A formed handle on each side combined with 4 off 100mm diameter swivel castors with brakes ensures manoeuvrability.
Approx. dimensions: 1300mm (W) x 1150mm (D) x 1800mm (H).
Mild Steel parts have been powder coated in Blue 20 D 45 to provide a hard wearing durable finish.
