Double Deep Rack
The Double Deep Rack has been designed and manufactured for a Midlands based Aerospace OEM to assist with kitting by allowing for the safe storage of boxes two deep.
The rack is fabricated from steel box and angled section that is sufficient to support the weight of eight loaded boxes. Across the back of the rack is 3mm steel sheet to prevent the boxes from displacing from the back. The rack is fitted with adjustable levelling feet.
The unit has 8 shelves each capable of storing a 400mm x 300mm x 220mm euro box. The spacing can be adjusted to suit a variety of euro box sizes and has many potential applications in other industries such as food preparation.
The unit has been powder coated in blue to provide a hard wearing, long lasting finish. Other colours and designs are available.
