Freeze Dry Fill & Pack Permit Station

The Freeze Dry Fill & Pack Permit Station has been designed for a client operating in the food processing industry to hold a variety of permits that are visible to all and a filing system to archive old permits. The station is designed to be a central place for the operators within this department to produce and file permits quickly and efficiently.

The permit station main frame has been manufactured from 40mm box section, with the back panel being manufactured from 2mm Mild Steel sheet so that it is magnetic. The back panel consists of 12 off magnetic A4 Document Holders & 12 off Magnetic labels to ensure these can be moved if necessary.

There is a shelf fitted with 3mm mild steel sheet which can be used as a work top. Under the shelf there are 2 lockable drawer filing cabinets (one to the left  and one to the right). For extra storage there is also a central lockable cupboard with shelves to store A4 box files.

To the front of the station is a large noticeable laminate vinyl sign that reads ‘Live Permit Board’.

The station is assembled with 100mm swivel with brake castors (4 off) for easy movement around the site if required. The unit has been powder coated in RAL 6029 to give a hard wearing and durable finish.
