Manufacture kitting trolley to drawing number 2010-07-7586. Featuring 4 off shelves with 360mm spacing. Each shelf will sit inside an angle frame. The board itself will be 18mm thick plywood. 2m x 1m in size and fitted with carpet.
The trolley will be fitted with 200mm diameter castors. Fixed castors at one end, swivel with brake castors at the other.
The kitting trolley will be manufactured from 50mm x 50mm x 3mm mild steel angle. The trolley will be cladded in 50mm x 50mm weld mesh and fitted with 2 lockable doors (a padlock will be supplied). Approx overall size: 2231mm long (inc handle) x 1048mm wide x 1527mm high.
