The Furnace Room Mould Trolleys have been designed and manufactured for a Midlands based aerospace company to transport and store regularly used moulds within the furnace room.
The outer supports of the trolley have been manufactured from 30mm x 30mm angle section with angle supports under the shelves. The trolley has 3 shelves, each shelf will be made from a thin mild steel sheet which has been formed into a try to stop the parts from falling off in transport. The unit will also feature a handle on one side which will allow the operator to manoeuvre the trolley easily.
The unit features a document pocket which will allow the operator to store the relevant documents which are related to the job.
The trolley is fitted with 4x castors, 2 off are swivel with brake and 2 off are fixed to improve manoeuvrability.
The trolley has been powder coat finished in BS 20 D 45 Blue to give a hard wearing durable finish.
