Heavy Duty Assembly Table : 7498
The heavy duty assembly table with steel worktop has been designed and manufactured for the inspection area for one of the UK’s leading plastic injection moulders and provider of chrome plating of plastics.
The assembly table has been manufactured from 100mm x 100mm x 6mm box section for the main base frame and features 4 off heavy duty stainless steel adjustable feet to allow for levelling the bench when in position. The top work surface has been machined from 40mm thick mild steel plate and surface ground to give a flat even work area.
The product has been powder coated in Traffic Red RAL 3020 to provide a high quality, durable finish that will ensure product longevity.
The finished product has been load tested to a SWL of 4500KG.
Approximate overall size of table: 2000mm (W) x 1000mm (D) x 900mm (H).
