Tool Rack – REF: 2015-05-11729
The HSD5 tool rack has been designed to ergonomically store tooling at the Precision Casting Facility of a major aerospace client.
Scope of work:
Design and manufacture a HSD5 tool rack to Acres drawing number AD-616-2015-01.
The main framework of the rack is fabricated from 40mm x 40mm x 3mm square hollow section. Attached to the frame are 16 off CNC formed laser cut locating plates which hold the tooling. The rack is fixed in place with M10 X 75 self tapping bolts.
