Press Load Measuring Tool – REF 2015-03-11549
The Press Load Measuring Tool has been designed to train TMUK staff before they are allowed to work on the shop floor. This inspection training has been designed to assess the strength the operators are pulling on the tooling to ensure the accuracy of their work.
Project Scope:
Acres engineering will manufacture a 5mm backing plate that will feature 2 off Sauter FA20 Force Gauge 20N x 0.1N. There will also be a hinged piece of plastic to hide the gauges so that the trainee can not see what pressure they are applying.
The backing plate will be powder coated RAL 9005 (Jet Black).
