Knockout Fixture Storage – REF 2017-06-13774
The Knockout Fixture Storage has been designed and manufactured for a Midlands based aerospace company for storage of knockout fixtures.
The unit has been manufactured from 40mm x 40mm box section with a thin wall to provide an optimum strength vs weight solution. The unit also features 2mm laser cut side, back and top panels with 2mm dividers to separate the pockets.
The unit features 9 “pigeon holes” to allow for the knockout fixtures to be stored. In each of the pockets, there is rubber in the bases to stop the parts from getting damaged. Also there is rubber edging strip on the front of each of the pockets to stop anyone from injuring themselves.
The unit has adjustable feet on the bottom to allow the customer to set the unit at their required height.
The trolley has been powder coated in Blue BS 4800 20 D 45 to provide a hard wearing, long lasting finish.
