Laser Welding Machine Ramp
The Laser Welding Machine Ramp has been designed and manufactured for a Midlands based aerospace company.
The ramp will provide a larger operator work area within the Laser Welding Machine booth.
The base has been manufactured using 40mm box section with a thin wall to provide an optimum strength vs weight solution. Adjustable feet are in the base to allow for adjustment when setting the ramp in the correct position.
Attached to the base, there is a laser cut galvanised plate. This will allow for the upper sections to be attached to a flat surface.
The unit will have ramp sections which are hooked in place but can be removed for access if required. These again are laser cut galvanised plate.
Grip tape has been added to the ramp sections to ensure safe tread surface.
