Line-side Reject Tables

Acres Engineering secure order to Design and Manufacture HSR Equipment.

Acres have manufactured 3 different sized production support tables. These heavy duty tables are excellent for line-side support and holding heavy parts.

Our client in the Automotive industry required these tables for storage. Each table holds a number of parts weighing up to 5kg.

All tables feature a plastic top with a lip to prevent parts from falling off. To level the height and be stable on the floor, the tables have a secure base with adjustable feet.

The three sizes are:

• Small – 0.4m x 0.4m x 0.8m
• Medium – 1m x 0.4m x 0.8m
• Large – 1.8m x 0.5m x 0.8m

Features:

All benches have been powder coated to RAL 9004 (Signal Black), but can be coated to any colour required by the customer.

Small Table-

• Dimensions; 0.4m x 0.4m x 0.8m
• Fabricated from 30mm square hollow section.
• The top of the table fitted with a PE300 plastic tray with a smaller flange of 30mm to create the lip required.
• The bottom of the tray features welded angles to provide fixing points to the framework to ensure the bolt tails are not exposed.
• The tables are fitted with 4 adjustable feet each.

Medium Table-

• Dimensions: 1m x 0.4m x 0.8m
• Fabricated from 40mm square hollow section.
• The top of the table fitted with a PE300 plastic tray with a smaller flange of 30mm to create the lip required.
• The bottom of the tray features welded angles to provide fixing points to the framework to ensure the bolt tails are not exposed.
  The tables are fitted with 4 adjustable feet each.

Large Table-

• Dimensions: 1.8m x 0.5m x 0.8m
• Fabricated from 40mm square hollow section.
• The top of the table fitted with a PE300 plastic tray with a smaller flange of 30mm to create the lip required.
• The bottom of the tray features welded angles to provide fixing points to the framework to ensure the bolt tails are not exposed.
• The tables are fitted with 4 adjustable feet each.
