Loading Trolleys & Oven Trolleys
An enquiry came through from a client in the Aerospace Industry who required a solution to transport parts into an oven. Our design allows Oven Trolleys to be located on Loading Trolleys, to carry parts for heat treatment. Oven Trolleys can be securely locked into place using spring-loaded bolts whilst, located on the Loading Trolleys to prevent them from rolling free. However, they can also be easily unloaded from the holding trolleys.
The Oven Trolleys can withstand temperatures of up to 300 degrees and be placed into the oven to accommodate parts during the heat treatment process.
Loading Trolleys have been Powder Coated to a hardwearing, durable finish. Resistant to wear and tear such as chipping, fading and scratching.
It is essential to comply with Health & Safety Standards when handling Heat Treatment Ovens. However, there is less concern about working with high temperatures with the Oven Trolleys as they can be easily loaded and unloaded onto the holding trolleys.
