Manual Infeed Station
The Manual Infeed Station has been designed and manufactured for a west midlands based automotive client. The Manual Infeed Station is similar to the Tray Return Station and has been designed to integrate into an existing ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) conveyor system at their Castle Bromwich site.
The station has been manufactured out of 40mm x 40mm box section with a thin wall to provide an optimum strength vs weight solution. The station also features formed sheet steel panels on the side and back.
The unit features a cable reel mount and bar code reader mount on the front of the unit for ease of access of the equipment. The unit also features roller tracks on the top of the unit to allow containers to be worked on and then moved off when finished with.
The unit has a lockable door on the front to store and protect equipment. To the base the unit stands on 4 adjustable feet.
The station has been powder coat finished in Light Grey RAL 7035 to give a hard wearing durable finish.
