The Mobile Tool Cabinet Workstation has been designed to store specific tooling for an engine build client operating in the aerospace sector.
The unit features 3 off pull out storage shelves, that have been fitted with heavy duty ball bearing slides. The base of each shelf features shadows of the tooling to highlight if anything is missing and show where each part should be returned to quickly and efficiently. The tools are located in 6mm HDPE plastic inserts to keep them in position at all times. The front of the unit is fitted with a lockable roller shutter door, to protect the equipment inside.
To allow the Mobile Tool Cabinet Workstation to be manoeuvered, it has been assembled with 4 off 200mm diameter swivel and braked castors with a master mover coupling on each end.
