Module 1 Lifter Trolley:
The Module 1 Lifter Trolley has been designed to specification for a midlands based aerospace client who required a solution to store lifting equipment to lift, clean and inspect fan assemblies.
The trolley has been manufactured from 50 x 50 x 2mm box section with a 2mm mild steel sheet panel to form the base of the shelf. Each piece of lifting equipment has an individual box which locates and secures the tool into the correct position. These are made from 6mm HDPE and welded to a 6mm PE 300 base panel lined with 3mm Nitrile rubber sheet to avoid any metal to metal contact.
25 x 25 x 3mm box section hooks have been formed to hang a Crucifix lifter on a rack at the back of the trolley. These feature a self-adhesive foam fitted to avoid metal on metal contact.
The trolley features 4 off 125mm diameter, non marking, swivel with brake castors for maneuverability.
