The Radiator Cover Stillage was designed and manufactured for a Midlands based OEM for construction equipment to securely store radiator covers.
The framework has been manufactured from 40 x 40 mild steel box section. Pallet feet are fitted allowing for stacking of the frames to make the most efficient use of storage space. Forklift pockets are fitted for lifting allows easy transportation of the stillages.
Locator plates fitted to the base and sides of the stillage robustly support the parts whilst minimising surface contact. These are made from black polyethylene to eliminate metal to metal contact.
The stillage has overall dimensions of 660mm (H) x 1330mm (W) x 1130 (L) and is capable of holding 10 radiator covers.
The units have been power coated in white to give a hard wearing and durable finish.
