The Painted Parts Stillage Dolly has been developed for our client in the automotive industry.
The Stillages interact with the large and medium painted part Stillages to move them around, converting a Stillage into a trolley. This is enabled by docking the fork pockets into tabs.
The stillages are used to transport and store painted parts safely and securely from suppliers to the build line. The stillage has been designed to be easily manoeuvrable.
All welding is done and confirm to BS EN ISO 9606-1:2013. All welders are coded according to the standard BS EN ISO 15613:2004.
Powder coated to provide a long-lasting, durable finish.
