Acres Engineering designed and manufactured this ‘clothes rail style’ hanger trolley for lagged pipework to allow them to dry.

The trolley features a simple bolt together framework to provide better protection in transit. Only 6 bolts required to assemble on site.
External framework dimensions- 2000mm x 1000mm x 1500mm (Height taken from centre of hanging bar to the floor)
Framework fabricated from 40mm box section, hanger bar from 42.4mm circular tube.
All laser cuts 5mm thick.
Trolley fitted with 100mm diameter bolt hole castors for ease of movement.
Hanger bar can be rested on support pates or fixed in place using the bolt holes at each 90 degree interval.
Powder coated to provide a long-lasting, hard wearing finish.

  • The trolley holds approximately 50KG
  • Solution features wheels to allow the trolley to be easily manoeuvred
