Plastic Kitting Drawers For Cages Design.
Acres have replicated a product currently on site but have have been able improve the quality of the product and reduce the cost to the customer.
The drawers have been manufactured from 6mm PE300. The drawers also include a lanyard which has been fitted to the ends using P clips and an M6 bolt/nut. A nut cap has been added to ensure non metal to metal contract. The lanyards are 508mm long and link the drawer to the kitting cage.
The customer has requested the drawers to be left in a Natural White finished state. Approximate overall size: 1220mm (L) x 800mm (W) x 70mm (H).
