Recovery Module (Euro Box) Design.
The recovery module trolley has been designed to securely store non-conformance parts. This will allow the segregation of these parts and greatly reduce the risk of non-conformance parts mixing with production parts.
The main framework has been manufactured from 30mm box section with 1.2mm thick mild steel infill panels. In order to improve visibility the door design features an angle frame with a 2″x 2″ weld mesh front, this allows for the parts inside to be viewed. The top of the unit has been angled to prevent anything from being stored on there.
Security is key in regards to non-conformance parts so we have included a combination code camlock that allows the door to be locked. The interior features 3 sections; each section can hold 2 off Euro boxes. To manoeuvre the trolley, 4 off swivel and braked castors with 100mm diameter blue elastic rubber tyred non marking wheels have been fitted.
The trolley has been powder coat finished in Rail Red Gloss BS381C 593 – RAL 3001. Approximate overall size – 1620mm (H) x 830mm (W) x 570mm (D).
