The production and supply of a Radiator Cover Stillage manufactured by Acres holds many capabilities in a variety of industries.
The Stillage can be manufactured from a 40 x 40 mild steel box section, with additional pallet feet. An advantage of having pallet feet optimises storage and is able for all Tier manufacturers to make efficient use of space.
The Cover Stillage features plastic locator sections on the base and sides to support parts with minimal surface contact with the parts being stored eliminating metal to metal contact.
An additional benefit to the unit itself is that it features forklift pockets to allow easy access to the operator and easier possibilities for manoeuvring. The stillage will have the capacity to hold 10 off radiator covers.
