Seating Fixture – 7547
The Seating fixture has been manufactured for a large Aerospace OEM client. The solution fits onto existing tooling allowing the operator to access components during the build process of gas turbine engines.
The design features a safety seat complete with safety harness. The curved framework has been manufactured from 40 x 40 x 3mm SHS with a 5mm base plate to secure the seat in position. Machined pins with R clips at the front of the solution will secure the solution into the tooling.
The design has been powder coated to provide a hard wearing finish.
The item has been proof load tested to a safe working load of 250KG.
