Stackable Painted Panel Stillages.
Have you considered your solution to transport painted components isn’t as effective as it could be? We’ve got you covered! The Stackable Pained Panel Stillage securely allows painted panels to be transported meanwhile, not compromising their protection.
Stackable Painted Panel Stillages can be safely manoeuvred around industrial environments and warehouses to load and offload painted components. Similarly, stack and uniform the Stillages to create an organised storage area, maximizing the floor space.
The non-restrictive design provides complete visibility management of parts and allows for internal components to be easily accessible. Protecting against metal-to-metal contact, the Stillage features foam pads to prevent against marking and damage to the painted panels; whilst, securing the panels during transportation. In this specific design, we fixed a metal plate to the front of the Stillage to display clear production details for operators.
