The 03 kitting wardrobe has been designed and manufactured for a local midlands based aerospace client. The role of the 03 Kitting Module is to eliminate all cardboard parts packaging before parts are sent to the build line.

The 03 kitting module is a brand new design which provides an alternative high visibility version to previous modules (Module A and Module B). It features primarily Perspex panelling which gives a weight reduction of approximately 30kg for each unit.

Each module features 5 off extendable drawers which will locate plastic trays with foam inserts. The inserts will have CNC machined cut outs in to house the parts. This will reduce the risk of metal to metal contact of the parts. The unit has 2 off doors which open back flat against the sides.

Assembled with 200mm diameter castors, 2 off fixed and 2 off swivel with total lock brakes.

Powder coated in Sapphire Blue BS 4800 20-D-45 to give a hard wearing durable finish.
