T1000, XWB 97k & 84k LPT Pallet Design
The pallet has been designed specifically to adapt 4 machine tools which have been supplied by the customer as CAD models so that Acres can design the pallet to suit them using our CAD facilities.
The tools sit as 2 offs on opposite sides to each other to allow the central area to locate 6 off parts in a toast rack. The base of the pallet features a turntable ring allowing the top section to rotate 90 degrees. To lock it in position index pins can drop into a hole on the base section of the turntable ring.
The pallet has been powder coat finished in BS 4800 20-D-45 Blue. The Nylon 6 pads have been left in a self colour white finish. Approximate overall size – 900mm (W) x 900mm (L) x 450mm (H), not including tooling.
