The lifting tool storage trolley has been manufactured to safely store and transport lifting frames for a local midlands based aerospace client.

Visit site to evaluate customer requirements. Based around onsite discussions Acres will design and manufacture 1 OFF Lifting Tool Storage Trolley.
The trolley has been fabricated from 50mm x 50mm box section with support arms to hold the frame. The area of the arms that come in contact with the frame have been covered with a layer of nylon to prevent any damage being caused through metal to metal contact. There are handles on each end of the trolley to ensure it can be manoeuvred around easily.
The unit has been powder coated in yellow BS 4800 08 E 51 to give a durable and hard-wearing finish. It also has been assembled with 4 off 160mm diameter swivel and braked castors fitted with elastic non marking wheels.
