Tooling Fixture Drawer Design.
The Unit features 8 off drawers to store Base plate tooling; each drawer is capable of holding 2 fixtures. The drawers have 100% extension to allow the tooling to be lifted out via a overhead crane. The frame has been fabricated from 40mm x 40mm box section with 3mm thick CNC formed drawers inlayed with rubber to prevent damage to the tooling being stored.
The drawers have been powder coat finished in BS 4800 20-D-45 Blue to give a hard wearing durable finish. Approximate overall size – 1400mm (H) x 900mm (W) x 900mm (D).
