Burner Stillage.

Burner Stillages assist with the process of manufacturing burner halves. Assembled from a Castor Frame and a Scissor Lift Table, the solution can be easily transported and positioned for lagging. In order to ensure safe operation, a safety-interlocking limit switch controls the height of the Scissor Lift. Whilst, toggle clamps securely locate components onto protective foam pads.

Its compact design means the Burner Stillage provides operators with easy access and improved product management and visibility. Whilst, covering a minimal amount of floor space due to its condensed size and shape. Although we minimalised the usage of materials to save from waste, we haven’t compromised the ergonomics to allow operators to work at a safe-working height.
